Atrium is the flagship. It uses the heavy 150 × 150 mm × 3.0 mm-wall post, the 220 × 53 mm dual-wall foam-insulated louver blade, and the fully-sealed beam-and-gutter system. With motorized zip screens it becomes a shaded outdoor room; with frameless sliding glass walls it becomes a conditioned indoor-outdoor room you can use through Houston winter cold fronts and August heat alike. The louvers rotate 0 to 120° — the widest range in our catalog — so the same room transitions from full enclosure to open-sky in a single motorized sequence.
Dual-wall insulated blades — the heat barrier
Single-skin aluminum louvers radiate Texas sun. Our Atrium blade is a dual-wall extrusion with a foam core sealed between the two skins. Independent test data and our own job-site measurements put the under-cover temperature 15 to 20°F lower than single-skin alternatives — the difference between an unusable patio and a livable outdoor living room in July and August. Combined with frameless glass walls and a motorized zip-screen perimeter, the Atrium space can be conditioned with a single mini-split for true four-season use.
Coastal-grade construction for the Gulf Coast
East of Highway 146 — League City, Seabrook, La Porte, Galveston, Brazoria, Friendswood — coastal projects benefit from heavy-duty aluminum construction and salt-air-appropriate hardware. Atrium is specified with T-316 stainless coastal hardware, drilled concrete piers, engineered base plates with epoxy anchors, and a full Texas PE-stamped drawing package. We provide engineering documentation on request so homeowners can pursue any inspections or certifications required for their specific address and insurance carrier.
Luxury halo features
Atrium is where the luxury detail options live: frameless sliding glass walls up to 2700 mm panel height, folding bi-fold glass walls, motorized zip screens, teak-woodgrain aluminum shutters for HOA-sensitive elevations, an optical-fiber star-top ceiling (the night-sky effect), invisible fan-light fixtures, perimeter RGB lighting, and an optional solar storage package. Every option integrates into the same Tuya smart-control app as the louvers and lighting.
